  • Windows 7: The Device Manager in windows 7 behaves differently than Windows 8.

    • Under the "Ports" category in Device manager, you may see different names when your RoBo is plugged in. It will vary from "Rumba" or "AT Mega", or possibly something else,with a Yellow triangle in it.

    • Or, it may appear as "USB Serial" without a Yellow, triangle error. This is still NOT a correctly configured driver

    • Please double click on "USB Serial" if that is what it shows up as, or if it shows up with something else, like "Rumba" or "AT Mega" double click that.

I upgraded to Windows10, and when I plugged the printer in to the USB port Windows says something about "device was not configured" and nothing else helpful.
